RTR China Rising Server?

  1. Where did the China Rising Conq Large (RtR #6, I think) server ever go? That was an awesome server; China Rising map rotation was god tier.

  2. We have a "Dead Wood " policy and it got trimmed about 6 months ago. The server remained inactive for sometime. A little known fact about BF3 and BF4 servers, there is a surcharge every month above and beyond your monthly Server fee.
